Wanted » Connaught Property Associates!Would you like to become a Connaught Property Associate?At Connaught Property we believe that growth is the key to success. Having successfully established our first office we are hoping to grow the Connaught Property brand to provide services for new or existing auctioneers in other parts of the Connaught Region.Connaught Property will use the franchise model to help you grow your business through shared marketing, advertising and branding without the constraints of long contracts with large overheads. |
||
A summary of the benefits can include:
We believe that by pooling resources on the above we can allow auctioneers to concentrate on selling property! Each associate can design the business to suit their particular needs incorporating all of the above or perhaps just the website updates and management. In recent years hundreds of auctioneers have opened up independent offices in the Connaught region because they saw the financial incentives of operating this way. Connaught Property would like to provide a common platform within the region for many of these auctioneers to help us compete and prosper in the long term getting the benefits of the franchise model without the negatives of huge cost burdens and contractual constraints. Each Connaught Property office will be allowed to operate within a specific region so that Connaught offices are not competing for the same properties. Once the region is filled there will be no more Connaught Property offices. Growth beyond this will be from the individual offices expansion. If you are thinking of opening an auctioneering business or have an
existing business and can see the merits of joining forces for shared
purposes please give us a call today on 094 9370000
or email info@connaughtproperty.ie.
We’ll arrange an initial meeting to see if we can meet your needs
and grow both our businesses. |
