The First Stage of Selling Your Property »
Whether you are selling a site, a house or development, we will tailor an individual sales plan to suit your needs to maximise the prospective value of your property and suit your budget.First of all we will view the property with you and agree a suggested asking price and offer advise on increasing the desirability of the property. We will also discuss our agents’ fee with you at this time.
Marketing »
Following this we will draw up a marketing plan for the property and agree in advance, an advertising plan and budget with you to allow us to begin marketing the property immediately.Within 24 hours we will place the property on our website with upto five colour photographs. These photographs will also be used to produce our full colour brochure that will also be available within 24 hours. This will also be displayed in our window at the Connaught Property premises.
Our instantly recognisable saleboard will also have been placed at the property within this period with pointer signs used on all approaches to ensure that people are able to locate the property easily ensuring that no potential sales opportunity is lost.
We have built up a comprehensive database of potential purchasers in the region. These will automatically be notified once your property is on our books.
The Follow Up Service »
All queries in relation to any of the properties on our books are dealt with promptly and each and every sales lead is thoroughly followed up with viewing times arranged to suit buyers and sellers as appropriate. Whilst our office is open regular hours a full appointment and mobile service is available at all times outside of these hours for your convenience.All formal offers made on the property will be notified to the seller immediately and once an offer is accepted and booking deposit paid, details are immediately sent to solicitors. Any queries after this are dealt with on an immediate basis to ensure no time is lost in successfully closing your sale.
